
Sentica Partners acquires BPO company Trust Kapital
Finnish GP Sentica Partners has acquired a majority stake in business process outsourcing company Trust Kapital Group in an MBO.
Trust Kapital's founder,
will retain a significant minority shareholding in the company following the buyout and current CEO Petri Tukainen will remain at its helm.Through its capital injection Sentica will look to strengthen Trust Kapital's growth, focusing on the company's core business.
The transaction continues a trend in Nordic private equity of targeting enterprise software companies.

Headquartered in Kuopio, Trust Kapital is a business process outsourcing company focusing on Finnish SMEs.
The company's main services relate to invoicing, credit management services and accounts receivable financing.
Trust Kapital employs a staff of 90 and is projecting revenues of €10m in the current financial year, having posted €8m of sales in the previous financial year.
