Axcel acquires Danish enterprise software company Lessor
Danish GP Axcel has acquired compatriot payroll and HR business Lessor Group from the founding Fich family.
The GP drew capital from its DKK 3.6bn 2010-vintage Axcel IV vehicle, completing its 10th investment from that fund.
The founding Fich family, which established the group in 1972 and has been at the helm of it since, will fully exit the company as part of the deal, though CEO Henrik Fich will remain in his position for the time being.
Lessor marks another addition to Axcel's portfolio of enterprise software companies, which includes recently merged EG and Silkeborg Data.
