Aurica
Venture capital company Aurica, which is a joint venture between Banco Sabadell and Banco Pastor, has carried out a capital increase valued at €25m, bringing its total funds under management to €35m. The operation will allow part of the company’s debt to be replaced by its own capital. Aurica’s portfolio currently includes investments in six companies, totalling €62m. The company is planning to make two further investments this year, in addition to its first exit.
