21 Invest

Niccolo Uzielli de Mari has joined 21 Invest as an associate based in the Milan office. Prior to joining 21 Invest, Uzielli worked for three years as a senior analyst at CFSB’s Italian Coverage Group in London. 21 Invest has also announced the appointment of Michele Garulli as director of the Milan office. Garulli was previously director of the Milan branch of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Private Equity, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating leveraged buyouts in Italy. His private equity experience was built over the last seven years with Morgan Grenfell Private Equity, after previous experience at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in the M&A department.
