BS Private Equity
BS Private Equity has appointed Antonio Perricone as the firm's chairman. Antonio Perricone, who joined BS Private Equity in 1996 and is one of its managing partners (together with Paolo Baretta and Francesco Sironi), will succeed Luigi Sala in the role. Sala will stay on as member of the board and shareholder of BS Private Equity and will continue to fulfil his responsibilities towards the private equity funds advised by the firm. He will not participate in the future fundraising of IPEF IV (expected 2006/2007) and may pursue alternative business opportunities.
