Dentons hires Pocobelli as M&A partner

The hires follows the firm's intention to boost its corporate practice in Italy, particularly in the private equity sector.

Prior to the role, Pocobelli worked at Latham & Watkins' Rome-based team, specialising in M&A. More recently he focused on the healthcare sector, according to a statement.

In addition to the partner appointment, lawyers Martellucci and Segna also joined Dentons' Italian team as a senior associate and associate, respectively.
