Dentons hires Pocobelli as M&A partner
Law firm Dentons has appointed Luca Pocobelli as a partner for the Italian corportate M&A team, alongside lawyers Elena Martellucci and Claudio Segna as associates.
The hires follows the firm's intention to boost its corporate practice in Italy, particularly in the private equity sector.
Prior to the role, Pocobelli worked at Latham & Watkins' Rome-based team, specialising in M&A. More recently he focused on the healthcare sector, according to a statement.
In addition to the partner appointment, lawyers Martellucci and Segna also joined Dentons' Italian team as a senior associate and associate, respectively.
