Natixis hires two in Milan
Natixis, the international financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, has appointed Bruno Prevedello and Giulio Rolandino to head its coverage and M&A teams in Milan.
Both Prevedello and Rolandino joined Natixis from Mediobanca. Prevedello worked at Mediobanca's Corporate Investment Banking division in Milan for 15 years as a managing director and was also member of the management board. Prior to that, he spent six years at Shroders' corporate finance division in the UK as an executive director and subsequently moved to Goldman Sachs where he worked as vice-president for two years. Prevedello started his career in 1990 as a financial auditor at the London-based team of the consulting agency Arthur Andersen.
Prior to join Natixis, Rolandino began his career at Mediobanca in 1991 as a credit analyst at the bank's lending and corporate finance division. Subsequently, he was promoted to credit relationship manager and in 1998 was appointed manager of syndication, acquisition finance, export finance and securitisation. More recently, he joined the newly created Mediobanca corporate finance team as a managing director and head of real estate.
