Innogest Capital appoints Leo as partner
Italian VC Innogest Capital has hired Giovanni Leo to the position of venture partner in the firm's Geneva office.
Leo will join the investment team, with a specific focus on the healthcare sector. Prior to joining the Italian VC, he worked at St June Medical, where he held the position of vice-president in the research and development team between 2013-2017.
Before that, Leo was the CTO and co-founder of Endosense between 2003-2013, working on the development of novel technology for the catheter ablation treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. He also holds experience from Acrostak, where he worked between 2001-2003 as a director, and at Iso-Met as co-founder between 1998-2001.
