
Ambienta appoints Gatti as CFO, promotes two to partners

Ambienta has appointed Daniele Gatti as CFO, and promoted principals Giancarlo Beraudo and Francesco Lodrini to partners.
Gatti, who joined Ambienta in 2012 as a business controller, has worked on the firm's last two fundraising efforts, and the development and implementation of Ambienta's best practices, including compliance, regulation and ESG. He was also involved in the completion of six secondary transactions and two LP co-investment deals. Prior to this, Gatti worked as a manager in the corporate finance and transaction services division of EY for seven years.
Beraudo joined Ambienta in 2010 and worked on various deals including the investments in Lakesight Technologies, FoundOcean Group and SPIG. Before joining the firm, he worked for Rhône Capital in London and Bain & Company in Milan.
Lodrini has been with Ambienta for seven years and has worked on deals including the acquisitions of Safim, Calucem and IP Cleaning. Prior to this, he worked for Barclays Private Equity (now Equistone) for three years and for Goldman Sachs and Monitor Group in London.
Ambienta recently closed its third fund on its €635m hard-cap after less than three months on the road, surpassing its original €500m target.
