Tikehau appoints Quagliuolo as director in Italy
Tikehau Capital has appointed Roberto Quagliuolo as director in Italy.
Quagliuolo will be in charge of private equity in the country, in coordination with Luca Bucelli, head of Tikehau Capital in Italy, and Emmanuel Laillier, recently appointed as head of private equity.
Prior to joining Tikehau, Quagliuolo worked for 10 years as part of the European principal team of Oaktree Capital Management, after starting his career at Lazard, first in the firm's New York office and then in Milan, where he developed his expertise in structuring and managing M&A transactions.
Following this appointment, Tikehau plans to expand its presence in Italy by increasing its investment activity in Italian mid-sized companies with high growth potential. The firm is currently fundraising for its Tikehau Growth Equity II vehicle, launched in July.
