
Fideuram holds €530m final close for retail fund
Italian GP Fideuram Investimenti, which is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, has held a €530m final close for its retail fund Fideuram Alternative Investments – Mercati Privati Globali.
The vehicle was launched in October 2018 and held a first close on €384m in January 2019. It collected capital from 4,000 private clients, committing investments of at least €100,000.
Fideuram Alternative Investments – Mercati Privati Globali invests in private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate. It targets Italian companies generating EBITDA between €50-150m, with high-growth potential.
The fund is managed by Fideuram in partnership with Partners Group.
