Investindustrial appoints Gatti as managing principal

In his new role, Gatti will focus on the firm's sourcing activities. He will work closely with Investindustrial's business development teams based in New York, Shanghai, Lugano and London to help generate M&A opportunities for the firm's platform companies. 

Prior to joining Investindustrial, Gatti worked at Goldman Sachs, where he was a managing director from 2012, head of the EMEA sponsor M&A group and subsequently partner since 2018.
