
Lincoln appoints Candiani as managing director in Italy

Lincoln International has appointed Daniele Candiani as a managing director in Italy to strengthen the firm's debt advisory capabilities in the country and globally.
He will be based in Lincoln's Milan office and will work closely with Saverio Rondelli, Lincoln's CEO in Italy.
Candiani has 25 years of investment banking advisory experience and has worked on private-equity-sponsored transactions, refinancing, recapitalisations, debt restructuring and special situations.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Candiani was a partner and head of debt and capital advisory in Italy at Deloitte Financial Advisory. Before this, he spent 11 years as a general manager and head of Italy at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, where he focused on LBOs and corporate financing.
He also worked in the M&A and debt advisory division of KPMG Corporate Finance, in the acquisition and leveraged finance team of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and the investment banking division of Intesa SanPaolo.
Lincoln is a global investment bank and financial services firm with a special focus on the mid-market.
