
Green Arrow invests €75m in Italian biomethane sector
Green Arrow Capital has acquired a majority stake in a subsidiary of Italian renewable energy group Lazzari & Lucchini, which controls a biomethane production plant based in northern Italy.
This transaction is part of a larger deal that includes the acquisition of a total of six plants for a combined value of €75m.
According to the deal, Green Arrow will acquire a majority stake in six subsidiaries of Lazzari & Lucchini, each one controlling a biomethane production plant based in northern Italy.
Lazzari & Lucchini will retain a minority stake in the business and continue to be involved in the management of the plants.
The GP invested via Green Arrow Energy Fund, dedicated to renewable energy.
