
Ernst & Young Spain hires ex-3i recruit

International accountancy firm Ernst & Young has hired Javier Alonso Solá as executive director of its corporate finance division in Spain.
Alonso joins the company direct from UK buyout house 3i, where he spent 10 years as a director and worked on investments such as those in Clinica Baviera, Café & Té, Everis, Bouncopy and Unión Radio. Previously he worked at head of corporate development for Telepizza, and as an analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Colegio de Estudios Financieros and took part in the Management Development Program run by the IESE Business School.
