GCRPV invests €3.5m in Notro Televisión
Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco (GCRPV), the private equity arm of the Basque country, has invested €3.5m in broadcasting firm Notro Televisión taking a 9.94% stake in the business.
The balance will be retained by parent company Vértice 360º. The capital increase was carried out from the investor's Ezten fund.
As part of the transaction, Notro will now be known under the Erpin 360º name but will continue operating under Notro Television for commercial purposes.
The investment will allow the company to set the stage and further the development of Basque audiovisual sector, reproducing the Vértice 360º model for services and content production.
