BSPE exits Tinet
BS Private Equity (BSPE) has exited its 92% stake in IP transit and Ethernet company Tinet to US-based Neutral Tandem in a deal valued at approximately €82m.
Former parent company Tiscali expects to collect about €9.4m from the sale of its former unit Tinet to Neutral Tandem.
In February 2009, BSPE acquired a 92% stake in Tinet in a deal valued at €40m (enterprise value) in a management buyout. The balance was held by the management.
