
Realza-backed Plénida acquires 80% of Buccal
Grupo Plénida, a portfolio company of Realza Capital, has acquired an 80% stake in dental chain Buccal.
Founded in 1997, Buccal employs a workforce of 40 and generated revenues of €6m in 2010.
Group Plénida, formerly known as Grupo Perio, was acquired by Realza as part of a management buyout in January 2008. Last year it purchased 85% of Barcelona-based firm Clínica Aparicio.
