
Argos Soditic buys Termoindustriale
ArgosSoditic has acquired a 70% stake in Italian industrial engineering specialist Termoindustriale.
The remainder of the shares were acquired by the company's management. The value of the MBO has not been disclosed, but Argos Soditic did not use leverage to finance the purchase.
Termoindustriale was founded in 1964 and comprises three divisions. The Glass Division focuses on the construction of glass factories in Europe, South America and China. The Pharma Division manufactures sterile chambers for the pharmaceuticals industry. The Energy Division operates cogeneration plants fuelled by vegetable oil.
