Corpfin sells Restauravia to AmRest
Corpfin Capital has sold its 76.3% stake in Spanish restaurant chain Restauravia Grupo Empresarial to Polish restaurant operator AmRest Holding.
The deal is expected to complete on 29th April. Although the transaction value has not been revealed, it is said that AmRest intends to finance the deal using equity investment of around €90m.
Restauravia owns La Tagliatella and Trastevere, as well as the KFC franchise in Spain. Corpfin acquired Restauravia in 2007 in a transaction valued at €95m.
