Italian LP Idea Capital Funds has promoted Paolo Ceretti to CEO, and confirmed Roberto Saviane as chair and Chicco Testa as vice-chair.
DeA Capital's private equity arm, Idea Capital, has renewed its management board, following the departure of former CEO Mario Barozzi, who had been part of the company since its foundation in 2006.
Other members of the current management board are the firm's most recently appointed external advisers, Emilio Barucci and Andrea Pellegrini, as well as Daniele Ferrero, Manolo Santilli, vice-chair Chicco Testa and chairperson Roberto Saviane.
According to press reports, Cerretti's promotion will support the company's activity in the private equity industry.
Idea Capital manages €2.2bn in assets, across its funds-of-funds and Italy-focused private equity investment vehicles.
