
Palamon sells Sigla to Alchemy Special Opportunities
Palamon Capital Partners and DeA Capital have sold Sigla Group to turnaround investor Alchemy Special Opportunities.
As part of the deal, Palamon sold its controlling stake, while DeA sold its 41.39% stake for €11.8m, according to a statement.
Palamon backed the company's MBO in 2005, while DeA acquired a minority stake in October 2007.

Established in 1982 as Sigla, Sigla Group include Sigla Credit, which focuses on the provision of salary-backed loans, and SiCollection, which provides services for non-performing loans portfolios. The group is based in Conegliano.
