
NB Renaissance hits €300m final close for Annex fund
Neuberger Berman's Italian private equity branch, NB Renaissance Partners (NBRP), has held a final close on €300m for its NB Renaissance Partners Annex fund.
The fund will provide top-up cash to its €620m predecessor, NB Renaissance Partners, which launched in 2015 following the joint venture signed with Italian lender Intesa Sanpaolo.
NB Renaissance Partners Annex Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg and brings the GP's total assets under management to €920m.
The GP is currently invested in several Italian business, including Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, Alfasigma, Camfin Pirelli, Guala Closure, Rina, Esaote and Farnese Vini.
Investors
The fund raised capital from several existing LPs as well as new investors.
Investments
The GP targets majority and minority investments in mid-cap Italian enterprises, as well as follow-on investments for its current portfolio companies.
