Finint & Partners invests in Spraytech
Italian buyout firm Finint & Partners has acquired Lonigo-based leather tanning equipment manufacturer Spraytech.
The deal is the ninth investment for NEIP III, the investment vehicle managed by Finint. The fund is currently 90% deployed and has eight companies in its portfolio.
Finint has acquired 70% of the company, with the founding partners retaining a minority stake. Finint is expecting to launch its new vehicle in 2018 with the same investment strategy as its predecessor, according to a statement.
Company
Based in Lonigo, Vicenza (Italy), Spraytech designs and builds accessories and equipment for industrial painting and textile dying. Annual revenues are in the region of €10m.
