ICG buys Nadella from 21 Investimenti
ICG has acquired Nadella, an Italian producer of linear guides and rollers, from 21 Investimenti.
The sale ends a four-year holding period for 21 Investimenti, which acquired Nadella in 2014 from Mid Industry Capital. Under 21 Investimenti's ownership, Nadella expanded internationally through various acquisitions, including BK, Jtekt, 4-Linear and Chiavette.
In addition to these bolt-ons, 21 Investimenti financed the replacement of three Nadella facilities based in Italy with a new plant located in Concorezzo, near Milan, and three new production centres in Germany.

Founded in France in 1930 and relocated to Concorezzo, near Milan, in 1963, Nadella specialises in manufacturing linear guides and rollers for various industries, including robotics, packaging, machinery and steel production. The company has a presence in 60 countries worldwide and employs 285 staff.
In 2017, Nadella generated an EBITDA margin of 26%, equating to an EBITDA of approximately €18.2m from revenues of €70m.
