
Orienta backs engineering specialist LMA
Orienta Partners has acquired Italian engineering company LMA.
The acquisition was made via a club deal led by Orienta.
A senior debt package was provided by Banca Ifis and Illimity, while Equita underwrote a subordinated bond.
Co-CEOs Cristina and Fulvio Boscolo will stay on with the business and continue in their roles.
With Orienta's support, the company plans to further growth and boost its expansion, both organically and via new acquisitions.

Established in 1970 and based in Pianezza, LMA specialises in manufacturing mechanical components for the aeronautical, aerospace and defence industries.
The company generated EBITDA of €5.9m from revenues of €24.5m in 2019.
