Heritage Ventures buys ICT specialist Metoda
Heritage Ventures has acquired Italian information and communications technology specialist Metoda.
Following the acquisition, Metoda has been rebranded as Reload.
The GP intends to boost the company's growth and double its revenues over the next five years.
Headquartered in Dublin, Heritage Ventures specialises in investments in the technology and telecommunications industries, across Europe and the US. The firm invests in startups and SMEs with high-growth potential and ambitious expansion plans.

Established in 1991 and based in Rome, Metoda is an ICT specialist, with a focus on technology infrastructures, digital transformation and system integration.
Employing 160 staff, the company generated revenues of €19.8m in 2019.
