
Neo Investment exits restaurant chain Obicà
UK-based private equity firm Neo Investment Partners has sold Italian restaurant chain Obicà Mozzarella Bar to Eccellenze Campane, the holding company of the Scudieri family.
The sale ends a nine-year holding period for Neo Investments, which acquired a 52% stake in Obicà from the company's founders.
Company
Established in 2004 and headquartered in Milan, Obicà manages a chain of restaurants specialised in serving dishes made with mozzarella campana.
It owns 18 restaurants in Rome, Milan, Florence, London, New York, Tokyo, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Istanbul.
The business generates annual revenues of around €25m, according to press reports.
