Vantis has appointed Peter Davies as PAYE Consultant within Vantis Tax Ltd as part of its development that, as a specialist tax consultancy, offers tax advice and support services for UK businesses. Davies will be responsible for moving forward the growth and development of Vantis Tax, offering consultancy services to new and existing clients for PAYE and National Insurance enquiries and providing a health-check service to clients that will help identify and address potential areas of concern. He will also be managing Inland Revenue enquiries on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Vantis, Davies worked for a number of years at the Inland Revenue, conducting and consulting on reviews of employers throughout the UK within small businesses as well as large public companys. He has experience in dealing with compliance, audit, and Schedule E reviews as well as liaising with the special compliance office. Davies has also worked for the collector of taxes, assisting in time and pay negotiations as well as other tax issues.
