South Yorkshire Investment Fund provides loan for greetings card manufacturer
Sheffield-based Loxley’s Print Ltd has secured a £50,000 unsecured loan from South Yorkshire Investment Fund. The company, which employs 90 people, is investing £200,000 in state-of-the-art technology for the manufacture and packing of greetings cards. Richard Lukey of Business Link South Yorkshire introduced the business to the Fund. The loan from South Yorkshire Investment Fund has been matched by IFG2 grant funding with a further £100,000 injection coming from the company. The company works for some of the major UK card publishers, including Carte Blanche and Paper Rose and has annual turnover of £6m.
