Inflexion
Private equity firm Inflexion has announced a board reshuffle following the resignations of Michael Freeman and Tim Hely Hutchinson. Freeman, who was non-executive chairman, and Hely Hutchinson, a non-executive director, joined the Inflexion board immediately prior to its flotation in April 2000. With immediate effect, current non-executive director Andrew Shaw becomes chairman and Andrew Burns, currently on the Inflexion advisory panel, becomes a non-executive director. Shaw is a director of corporate finance boutique British Linen Advisers, having previously been group finance director of Arjo Wiggins Appleton and director in the investment banking division of Schroders. Burns is finance director of Luminar Leisure Plc.
