Inflexion Private Equity

Inflexion Private Equity has announced the addition of Andrew Mainwaring to its London team. He will join as assistant director. Mainwaring joins from Catalyst Fund Management and Research Ltd where he specialised in private equity investment, particularly the area of financial services. Prior to this he was at Smith & Williamson, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, advising on a portfolio of 25 companies.
