Magus Partners Ltd

Magus Partners Ltd, the specialist advisory firm focusing on the sub-£10m sector, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Rayment as a director. Rayment qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 and since 1994 has worked at principal level in banking, venture capital and shareholder advisory. In 1999 he joined a venture capital backed MBO in a media business and became UK financial director of its European Group following its successful sale to a NYSE-listed business in 2001.
