Terra Firma Capital Partners
Jennifer Dunstan has left Terra Firma for 'personal reasons', in a move which follows the departure of Mark Tagliaferri earlier in the year to launch a property investment company called Active Asset Investment. Dunstan held the position of financial managing director, and was originally one of several executives who joined the firm from Nomura's principal finance group, which was formerly run by Guy Hands, who then left to form Terra Firma. She was involved in the securitisations of the Unique Pub Company in 1999 and 2001, and also in the group's attempt to acquire the Millennium Dome. In a separate move, the investment banker Matthias Moser also left Terra Firm to join Eurohypo AG, the German mortgage lender and property investor controlled by Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and Allianz Group. Moser previously worked for Deutsche Bank, and had subsequently spent two years at Terra Firma. His departure leaves the private equity firm without a senior financial specialist responsible for the German market.
