Sovereign Capital has announced that Jose Rodriguez has joined the team. He will be working with the investment team in helping to manage and administer the portfolio companies. Rodriguez has several years of experience in financial services and completed his MBA from London Business School in summer 2004. During his studies he completed a number of projects for UK private equity firms which included reviewing management practice in several mid-market portfolio companies. Before his MBA, Rodriguez supervised M&A transactions on behalf of the Banking and Securities Commission in Mexico, and carried out inspections of financial institutions in the UK and the US. He also has a BA in Economics from Monterrey Institute of Technology.
