Bank of Scotland teams up with Directorbank

Directorbank, an online executive search firm focusing on the venture capital market, and Bank of Scotland have announced a non-executive search programme called Bank of Scotland NXD Network. Bank of Scotland’s integrated finance division, which provides debt funded packages complemented by minority equity stakes, launched its own database of candidates back in 2001. Under the terms of the agreement, Directorbank will manage the database, which currently includes details of 120 non-executives.
