HARDT extends its private equity in

HARDT GROUP Investments AG and Kingsbridge Capital Ltd have reached an agreement to combine their businesses and form HARDT GROUP Capital Partners Ltd. The agreement furthers the partnership the companies entered into in 2004. HARDT GROUP Investments AG, which launched its first private equity fund in 2004, is the majority shareholder in the new company.
