Partners Group expands London presence
Switzerland-based Partners Group, the alternative asset manager, has announced the opening of a London office to coincide with the launch of its open-ended fund-of-funds - HSBC Partners Group Global Private Equity Fund. The move is in reaction to the significant growth of its Northern European investor base and the development of its strategic focus in the region. Erik Kaas, member of the executive board of Partners Group and head of markets, will be in charge of the London office, while Stefan Näf will have operational responsibility. In addition, Partners Group has brought in Sergio Jovele, former head of institutional research at Initiative Europe, to further strengthen its team in London.
