Debevoise & Plimpton

The London office of the US law firm Debevoise & Plimpton has recruited a new tax partner for its private equity, M&A and financing departments. Prior to his appointment, Richard Ward spent over a decade at Bird & Bird, having previously trained and worked as an assistant at Freshfields. Ward is expected to join Debevoise & Plimpton at the end of the year, when he will take on responsibility for consolidation of the firm's domestic and cross-border transactional practices.
