Pinset Masons have appointed Andrew Black, Hannah Kendrick and John Tyerman as corporate partners, and Alice Broadfield as a banking and finance partner. Black specialises in public company work advising on flotations, placings, demergers, rights issues, takeovers, and acquisitions and disposals for both public and private companies. Kendrick principally specialises in corporate finance work, advising on fundraising and flotation issues including placings, open offers and rights issues. She advised the management of Yates Group on the £93m take-private in 2004. Tyerman specialises in advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and demergers to both public and private companies, as well as advising on flotations, placings and rights issues. Broadfield, the banking and finance partner, acts for corporate borrowers, as well as financial institutions including the acquisition and leveraged finance teams of Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland.
