Duke Street Capital has announced the appointment of Lili Hoff as a legal advisor and the promotions of Corinne Margerit and Oliver Mayer to associate director in the London office. Hoff was previously at Ashurst where she specialised in M&A and private equity transactions. During her time there she spent six months with Man Investments, the hedge fund manager. Hoff has a degree in business economics with european studies from Exeter University. Margerit joined in 2002 from Credit Suisse First Boston where she worked as an associate in the investment banking department in London and New York, advising healthcare companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt transactions. Mayer joined in 2002, after having completed a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. Prior to business school, Oliver was a senior financial analyst for Rhône Capital in New York concentrating on private equity investments.
