Clarke launches Foundation Fundraising Services

Sarah Clarke, previously of Helix Associates, has launched a new private equity fundraising support service. Foundation Fundraising Services provides advice and preparation services to general partners intending to fundraise without the assistance of placement agents. Services range from marketing or documentation preparation to advice on managing the process, and each package is tailored to the individual client. The business has been established not only to save general partner time throughout the increasingly complex fundraising process, but also to assist in meeting the growing demand from sophisticated investors for professional standards of content and presentation during fundraising.
