Industrial Bank of Japan

Don Proctor has joined the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ) as head of its European leveraged finance team, based in London. Proctor joins from UBS Warburg’s leveraged finance team in London, where he was managing director. He had spent 15 years with the Warburg grouping.
