Lloyds TSB Corporate Acquisition Finance

Lloyds TSB Corporate Acquisition Finance in Manchester has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new deal directors, Mark Blower and Noel Stubley. Blower will head up the Manchester office having joined from N M Rothschild's acquisition finance team in Leeds, where he specialised in refinancings, MBOs and IBOs. He was previously with Royal Bank of Scotland's leveraged finance group. Stubley joins from KPMG transaction services in Manchester, where he specialised in private equity and corporate transactions. He was previously with Ernst & Young. Blower and Stubley will be based in Manchester working alongside deal director Nicola Lord and the existing Northern team including Andrew Foster and Jonathan Thompson.
