ABN AMRO has appointed Tom Swift and Jean Dado to their leveraged finance operation. Swift joins from Bank of Scotland, where he spent three years as associate director in acquisition. Prior to Bank of Scotland, he held structured finance positions at Dresdner and NatWest. Jean Dado will join the European Leveraged Syndications team, having previously worked at CSFB and DLJ.
As part of the same restructuring, Didier Simons has been promoted to senior vice president within the European leveraged finance business in the Netherlands.
