Henderson Private Capital
Andrew Marsden has been appointed head of European infrastructure investments for Henderson Private Capital. He will be developing the firm’s capabilities in Europe with a focus on the transport and energy distribution sectors as well as the firm’s Private Finance Initiative investments. Henderson joins from Enron Principal Investments where he was head of the European operations with responsibilities for all private equity investments in the region. Prior to that he worked for eight years at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson’s corporate finance division.
