ISIS Equity Partners
Richard Bucknell has joined ISIS Equity Partners in the new investments team of the Birmingham office. Bucknell was previously at Barclays Ventures, where he was responsible for opening and then running its Midlands operations for six years. During his time with Barclays Ventures, Bucknell led 11 new investment transactions, as well as handling five realisations. These included, most recently, the £10m buyout of Bromsgrove-based CCS Enforcement Group. Neil Bennett has joined the new investments team of ISIS Equity Partners in London. Bennett joins from The Royal Bank of Scotland's corporate and structured finance team, where he spent two and a half years. During his time at RBS, Bennett was involved in five completed transactions, including the public-to-private of Boosey & Hawkes' instruments division and the re-financing of the Wagamama restaurant chain. Prior to joining RBS, he spent one and a half years with Barclays, which included a period in the London team at Barclays Ventures.
