Royal Bank of Scotland Leveraged Finance has also announced two new executive appointments within its London-based team. Daryl Gayler joins as director and will report to Alan Devine, head of portfolio management. He joins from Bank Austria, where he spent the last four years as head of acquisition finance. Howard Sharp has also been appointed as director and will report to David Yeoman, head of leveraged finance syndications. He joins RBS from SocGen in Paris, where he worked for nine years, latterly heading up the asset-based syndication group. Sharp’s main responsibility will be for French and German leveraged syndications.
