UHY Hacker Young

Corporate finance specialist Peter Petyt has joined UHY Hacker Young to aid growth in the deal arena. Petyt has joined UHY Hacker Young from Pridie Brewster Corporate Finance Ltd, where he acted latterly as managing director. There he was responsible for a number of assignments requiring advice and assistance in securing equity and debt funding, pursuing acquisitions and executing business disposals. An Oxford graduate, Petyt qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche before spending 12 years in industry.
