Baronsmead VCT 4 Plc reaches £30m target

Baronsmead VCT 4 has closed its fund on its £30m target. Approximately 600 shareholders have subscribed £9m since the fundraising opened in November 2003. The estimates of new capital raised by the VCT market suggest that Baronsmead VCT 4 has raised over 25% of all the capital raised by VCTs over this period.
